Delegate Capito moved to amend the Senate’s strike and insert amendment on page 5, section §17H-1-6(a)(2), line 7, by removing the following language: “rules and regulations promulgated under”;

And,

On page 6, section §17H-1-11(b), line 5, by striking “A” (the first letter in the subsection) and inserting in lieu thereof “No”.
